内皮细胞生长因子口服液的制备及其对胃溃疡和胃炎的治疗作用

制备内皮细胞生长因子口服液并观察其对胃溃疡和胃炎的治疗作用。方法；从牛脑中提取内皮细胞生长因子，并将其配制成口服液，对７２例胃溃疡患者和７６例胃炎患者进行分组疗效观察。结果；对胃溃疡的显效率由对照组的５１．５％提高到８２．１％，治愈率由１５．２％提高到４３．６％；对胃炎的显效率由对照组的５２．６％提高到８１．６％〉治愈率由１８．４％提高到４７．４％。结论：说明该制剂对胃溃疡和胃炎有较好的疗效。

Preparation of ecgf oral liquid and its therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer and gastritis

OBJECTIVE: To prepare an oral liquid of bovine brain extracts containing endithelial cell growth factor and observe its clinical value in treating gastric ulcer and gastritis.METHODS:Bovine brain extracts was made according to maciag et al. ,3.5g of this extracts were diluted in 1000ml of water,0.4 -0.8mg of heparin were added.72 cases of gastric ulcer and 76 cases of gastritis were divided in groups and participated in the trial.RESULTS:The effective rates of gastric ulcer were 82.1% for oral liquid group and 51.5% for control group,and the cure rates were 43.6% and 15.2% respectively;The effect rate of gastritis was increased from 52.6% for control group to 81.6% for oral liquid group,and the cure rate was from 18.4% to 47. 4%. CONCLUSION: This preparation had a therapeutic effect for gastric ulcer and gastritis.
