农村卫生适宜技术研究现状、问题及对策

农村卫生适宜技术的推广应用是项任重道远的工作,建立与完善农村卫生适宜技术推广网络,对提升农村医疗卫生水平、有效缓解＂看病难看病贵＂的问题、造福于广大人民群众具有重要意义。文章从农村卫生适宜技术的概念出发,阐述农村卫生适宜技术的特点,介绍其国外推广的经验,并从推广效果、推广机制或模式、筛选评估指标等三个方面对中国农村卫生适宜技术的研究现状进行阐述,最后总结归纳了目前农村卫生适宜技术推广存在的问题并提出相应的对策。

Feasible medical technology in rural areas of China: status quo, problems and countermeasures

The popularization of feasible medical technology in rural areas is of great importance.To perfect feasible medical technology helps to improve health care service,to ease the burden of going to hospital and to benefit the patients.The Article starts with the concept and features of feasible medical technology,introduces experience in foreign countries,illustrates the current research situation from three aspects,namely popularization effect,mode and evaluation indicators.It concludes with problems in popularization and comes up with the corresponding countermeasures.
