重度有机磷农药中毒的机械通气治疗

摘    要:目的探讨机械通气在治疗重度有机磷农药中毒所致呼吸衰竭中的作用。方法对32例重度有机磷农药中毒所致呼吸衰竭患者,采用机械通气及阿托品和其他药物辅助进行治疗。结果32例中,抢救成功30例(93.75%),死亡2例(6.25%)。机械通气前后患者的血气指标差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论机械通气对治疗重度有机磷农药中毒所致呼吸衰竭起到重要作用。

Mechanical Ventilation for Patients with Serious Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Abstract:Objective To investigate the treatment efficiency of mechanical ventilation for respiratory failure caused by serious organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 32 cases with respiratory failure caused by serious organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were treated by mechanical ventilation combined with atropine and other routine medicines. Results 30 patients had survived with a Success rate of 93.75 %, and 2 died. There was statistical difference in the blood gas indexes before and after the mechanical ventilation treatment. Conclusions Mechanical Ventilation has a important value in the treatment of respiratory fail- ure caused by serious organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
