| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胫骨平台骨折手术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析手术治疗胫骨平台骨折87例,按Schatzker分型:Ⅰ型14例,Ⅱ型16例,Ⅲ型17例,Ⅳ型18例,Ⅴ型13例,Ⅵ型9例,术后随访时间8~36个月,平均17月。结果术后疗效:优良41例(47.1%),一般31例(35.6%),较差15例(17.2%)。结论手术治疗胫骨平台骨折具有创伤小、复位直观、固定可靠等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical application with assisted management in tibial plateau fracture.Methods Clinical data of 87 cases of tibial plateau fracture by Schatzker classification were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively:14 cases for Ⅰ,16 cases for Ⅱ,17 cases for Ⅲ, 18 cases for Ⅳ,13 cases for Ⅴ and 9 cases for Ⅵ according to Schatzker classification.The average following period was 17 months(8 to 36 months).Results Therapeutic effect after operation: fine 14(47.1%),common 31(35.6%),poor 15(17.2%).Conclusion Less trauma,satisfactory bone reduction and reliable fixation were the virtues of arthroscopic technique in treating patients with tibial plateau fracture. |
