| 摘 要： | 目的探讨主动脉全弓置换联合支架象鼻术治疗主动脉夹层的手术配合及护理。方法分析15例在体外循环下行主动脉全弓置换联合支架象鼻术手术的器械配合及巡回护理的效果。结果本组病例均顺利完成手术,术中器械及巡回护士配合达到预期的效果,患者术后安返监护室。结论手术室护士术前必须充分了解患者的病情,熟悉手术操作过程,做好术前各种准备,术中才能配合默契,有利于手术的顺利进行。 |
