医患沟通和告知细节的现状调查分析与对策

摘    要:目的了解我市医患沟通和告知的具体情况,分析问题,提出对策。方法对娄底市5家二、三甲综合医院的948名医务人员及病友进行现场问卷调查,样本率比较采用卡方检验。结果患方认为医务人员沟通态度好占63.1%;沟通时间很充足占36.7%;对沟通的内容全部听懂占57.9%。对具体项目的告知:病人评价告知详细占74.4%。医务人员对医患沟通知识掌握的情况,全部知道占63.86%。二、三甲医院医患沟通情况基本相似,个别项目存在差异。结论医务人员对沟通知识掌握率低,在沟通的态度、时间、语言及具体告知方面存在缺陷,建议医疗机构和医务人员充分关注病人沟通需求,注重细节管理,加强沟通技巧和法律知识培训,做到依法沟通、有效沟通。
