胃癌时辰化疗的初步临床研究

目的：比较顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙时辰化疗方案与常规化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：将62例胃癌患者随机分为时辰化疗组（32例）和对照组（30例）,两组均采用顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙方案治疗。结果：时辰化疗组与常规化疗组的有效率分别为53.1%、37.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;不良反应发生率分别为34.4%、56.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶时辰化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌疗效显著,毒性反应降低,患者的生活质量得以提高。

Clinical study of chronomodulated chemotheraphy in gastric cancer

Objective： To compare clinical efficacy the chronomodulated chemotheraphy （Cisplatin combined with Fluorouracil, Leucovorin） and conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods： 62 cases of patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into chronomodulated chemotheraphy group （32 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the two groups used the chemotherapy which was Cisplatin combined with Fluorouracil and leucovorin. Results： The effective rate of the chronomodulated chemotheraphy group and the conventional chemotherapy group was 53.1%, 37.5% respectively, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）, adverse reaction rate was 34.4%, 56.7%, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The chronomodulated chemotherapy of Cisplatin combined with Fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, the effect is significant, and the toxicity is reduced, quality of life is improved.
