医院感染病原菌的分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 回顾性分析医院2010年度住院患者病原菌的分离情况及其耐药性,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供科学依据.方法 统计分析2010年度医院所分离的病原菌,结果采用WHONET 5.4软件进行耐药性分析.结果 2010年度检出病原菌共1176株,检出率为56.67%;以呼吸道标本分离的最多,占73.1%;分离前3位的病原菌为大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌,分别占19.7%、15.6%、12.9%;所分离的病原菌对常用抗菌药物存在不同程度的耐药性.结论 医院临床病原菌主要以革兰阴性杆菌为主,并且对常用抗菌药物耐药率较高,应引起临床医师与医院感染控制工作人员的高度重视.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To retrospectively analyze the isolation and drug resistance of the pathogens isolated from the hospitalized patients in 2010 and to provide scientific basis for clinically reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS The pathogens isolated in 2010 were statistically analyzed,the drug resistance was analyzed by using WHONET 5.4 software.RESULTS Totally 1176 strains of pathogens were isolated in 2010 with the detection rate of 56.67%,73.1% of the pathogens were isolated from the respiratory tract specimens,the top three species of pathogens were Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,coagulase-negative Staphylococci,accounting for 19.7%,15.6%,and 12.9%,respectively.All the pathogens isolated varied in the drug resistance to commonly used antibiotics.CONCLUSION The gram-negative bacilli are the main clinical pathogens,and the drug resistance rate is relatively high to commonly used antibiotics,which the clinicians and infection control staff should attach great importance to.
