护理干预在老年维持性血液透析患者合并急性上呼吸道感染的应用效果

目的 探讨护理干预在老年维持性血液透析患者合并急性上呼吸道感染的应用效果.方法 选择2010-2011年血液透析合并急性上呼吸道感染的老年患者54例,根据不同的护理方式分为观察组和对照组.结果 给予不同的护理方式后,观察组上呼吸道感染治愈率,其中痰培养阴性为77.8％,明显高于对照组的44.4％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；并且观察组上呼吸道感染的复发率,其中痰培养阳性为61.9％,也明显低于对照组的83.3％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 合并急性上呼吸道感染的老年维持性血液透析患者给予护理干预后,患者自身免疫力提高,感染治愈率升高,复发率降低,临床疗效提高.

Effect of nursing intervention on acute upper respiratory tract infections in elderly patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on the senile patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.METHODS A total of 54 senile patients with acute upper respiratory tract infections undergoing hemodialysis from 2010 to 2011 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the different nursing approaches.RESULTS After different nursing approaches,the cure rate of the upper respiratory tract infections was 77.8% in the study group,significantly higher than 44.4% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the recurrence rate of upper respiratory tract infections was 61.9% in the study group,significantly lower than 83.3% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION After the nursing interventions for the senile patients with upper respiratory tract infections undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,the immunity of the patients has been improved,the recurrence rate of the infections is low,the clinical efficacy has been improved.
