SICU鲍氏不动杆菌耐药率与抗菌药物使用剂量相关性分析

目的 分析鲍氏不动杆菌耐药率与抗菌药物使用剂量的相关性.方法 回顾性查阅2009年4月-2011年9月,复旦大学附属中山医院外科重症监护病房抗菌药物使用量及同期该病房送检的临床标本中检出的鲍氏不动杆菌耐药率,分析两者之间的相关性.结果 鲍氏不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的耐药率显著升高,由52.94％上升至90.00％ (P＜0.01),碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的使用强度由2.12上升至2.88;耐碳青霉烯类鲍氏不动杆菌的检出率与碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的使用强度显著相关(R=0.773,P=0.005).结论 鲍氏不动杆菌耐药率的增加与碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的大量使用相关.

Correlation between consumption of antibiotics and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumanniiin SICU

OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii and the consumption of antibiotics.METHODS From Apr 2009 to Sep 2011,the antibiotic consumption and the drug resistance of A.baumannii isolated from the submitted specimens in surgical care unit(SICU) of Zhongshan Subsidiary Hospital of Fudan University were retrospectively reviewed,the correlation between the two was analyzed.RESULTS The drug resistance rate of A.baumannii to carbapenems was elevated significantly,increasing from 52.94% to 90.00%(P<0.01);the intensity of using carbapenem antibiotics increased from 2.12% to 2.88%;there was significant correlation between the detection of carbapenems-resistant A.baumannii and the intensity of using carbapenems antibiotics(R=0.773,P=0.005).CONCLUSION The increase in the drug resistance of A.baumannii is associated with the extensive use of carbapenem antibiotics.
