静息心率与老年冠心病关系的研究

目的探讨静息心率对冠心痛发生的预测价值及临床意义。方法选择老年冠心病患者429例为冠心病组,另选同期体检的非冠心病患者60例为非冠心病组。2组患者均测量血压及生化指标检测,并行12导联心电图检查,分析静息心率与冠心病发生是否存在相关性。结果冠心病组的收缩压、TC、TG、LDL-C、静息心率明显高于非冠心痛组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。logistic回归分析显示,校正了舒张压、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、空腹血糖等因素后,静息心率、收缩压、TG是冠心病的独立危险因素(OR=1.046,95%CI:1.005～1.088,P<0.05)。结论静息心率是冠心病发病的独立危险因素。

Relationship between resting heart rate and coronary heart disease in elderly people

Objective To study the predictive value of resting heart rate(RHR) for coronary heart disease(CHD) and its clinical significance.Methods Four hundred and twenty-nine elderly CHD patients served as a CHD group and 60 non-CHD patients served as a non-CHD group in this study.Correlation between RHR and CHD was analyzed according to their 12-lead electrocardiographic findings.Results The SBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,RHR levels were significantly higher in CHD group than in non-CHD group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis revealed that the RHR,SBP and TG levels were the independent risk factors for CHD after the adjustment of DBP and serum TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and fasting blood glucose levels(.OR = 1.046,95%C7: 1.005—1.088,P<0.05).Conclusion RHR is an independent risk factor for CHD.
