摘    要:
功能性近红外光谱成像技术(fNIRS)是新兴的脑功能影像技术,通过检测大脑皮质血氧活动水平变化间接反映神经活动强度,适用于脑卒中康复评定与康复干预治疗领域的临床实践,但相关临床应用尚无标准化试验范式与技术指标。本文从方法学角度梳理fNIRS用于评估脑卒中患者上肢运动功能康复的常用任务态范式与指标。

Abstract:
Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) is an emerging neuroimaging technique. It indirectly reflects the intensity of neural activity by detecting changes in cerebral cortex blood oxygen activity, and is applicable to clinical practice in the field of rehabilitation assessment and rehabilitation intervention treatment of stroke. However, there is no standardized experimental paradigm and indicators for the application of fNIRS in clinical rehabilitation assessment. The commonly used task paradigms and indicators of fNIRS used to assess upper limb motor function rehabilitation in stroke patients from the perspective of methodology were reviewed in this paper.
