两种蓝光照射方式治疗新生儿黄胆的疗效观察

目的比较多次间歇蓝光照射和持续蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄胆的临床疗效。方法将我院儿科收治的86例新生儿黄胆患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组患儿采取持续蓝光照射治疗;对照组患儿采取多次间歇蓝光照射治疗,比较两组患儿治疗72h后血清胆红素变化和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患儿临床疗效基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患儿蓝光照射平均时间和不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论采用多次间歇蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄胆临床疗效显著,推广价值较高。

Clinical Observation of Two Kinds of Blu-ray Irradiation in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

Objective To observe the effect of repeated intermittent Blu-ray irradiation and continuous Blu-ray irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Method 86 cases of patients with neonatal jaundice were collected as objects, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group was taken continuous Blu-ray irradiation, the control group was taken repeated intermittent Blu-ray irradiation. After 72 hours, the changes of serum bilirubin and adverse reactions occured were compared. Results Two groups showed no significant difference in clinical effect（P〉0.05）; In average time and incidence of adverse reactions, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）, and it was lower in experimental group than control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of repeated intermittent Blu-ray irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice is significant, and the value for promotion is high.
