| Abstract: | This case report presents the first reported molecular breast imaging appearance of a nipple adenoma coexisting with an ipsilateral breast malignancy. Conventional multi‐modality radiologic imaging, including mammography, ultrasonography, and magnetic resonance imaging are also shown, and a brief review of the literature is provided. |
