| 摘 要： | 目的了解寻常痤疮患者血清中花生四烯酸的水平并探讨其在痤疮发生中的作用机制。方法采用ELASA分析法,对40例痤疮患者和32例正常对照者血清中花生四烯酸进行测定。结果痤疮患者血清中花生四烯酸水平高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论花生四烯酸可能参与痤疮炎症反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the serum arachidonic acid levels in patients with vulgaris and explore its pathogenesis of acne. Methods The serum levels of arachidonic acid were measured by radioimmunoassay in 40 cases of patients with acne vuigaris as experimental group and 32 cases of healthy as controls.Results The levels of serum arachidonic acid in experimental group are higher than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arachidonic acid may be involved in the ... |
