复方丹参滴丸治疗胸痹的临床观察

目的通过观察复方丹参滴丸对冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效，探讨一种治疗胸痹的较理想、安全的药物。方法依据诊断标准，将入选的120例病人随机分为两组：治疗组给予复方丹参滴丸，对照组给予亚硝酸异山梨脂片。结果在心绞痛症状缓解方面，治疗组的显效率52，5％，有效率40％，总有效率92．5％；对照组的显效率30％，有效率45％，总有效率75％，经秩和检验，P=0．046，差异有统计学意义。在心电图改善方面：治疗组的显效率20％，有效率40％，总有效率60％；对照组的显效率10％，有效率20％，总有效率30％。经秩和检验，P=0.036，差异有统计学意义。结论复方丹参滴丸对冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及心电图的改善率均优于亚硝酸异山梨脂片，是一种治疗冠心病心绞痛的较理想、安全的复方中药制剂。

Clinical investigation of composite Danshen pill for treatment of angina pectoris

Objective To find an ideal and safe drug for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by observing the clinical therapeutic effects of composite Danshen pill. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment and control groups. The treatment group was treated by composite Danshen pill, while the control group by isosorbide dinitrate. Results In the remission of symptoms and signs, obvious effective rate was 52.5%, effective rate was 40% and the total effective rate was 92.5% in treatment group, while they were 30%, 45% and 75% respectively in control group. Rank sum test showed that there were significant differences between treatment and control groups(P = 0.046). In the improvement of electrocardiogram, obvious effective rate was 22%, effective rate was 40% and the total effective rate was 60% in treatment group, while they were 10%, 20% and 30% respectively in control group. Rank sum test showed that there were significant differences between treatment and control groups(P = 0.036). Conclusion Composite Danshen pill is superior to isosorbide dinitrate in clinical therapeutic effects and improvement of electrocardiogram of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and is a kind of ideal, safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
