影响我院循证护理开展相关因素的调查

目的了解影响循证护理开展的相关因素及产生的根源,以便采取适当的应对措施。方法应用自行设计的调查表,对临床科室223名护士进行问卷调查。结果影响循证护理开展的因素包括:护士自身能力不足,缺乏循证护理相关知识及获取信息的能力,缺少必备的条件,护理人员数量不足,需要行政部门支持。结论护士应加强循证护理基本知识和方法的学习;培养循证观念;学会对信息进行加工和利用;医院应提供必备的设施;采取相应的管理措施。

Investigation on the influential factors of the practice of evidence - based nursing in our hospital

Objective To determine the influential factors and origin of evidence-based nursing,so as to take appropriate coping strategies.Method 223 nurses from clinical departments were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Result The factors influencing the practice of evidence-based nursing were:deficiency of nurses' competency,lack of related knowledge of evidence-based nursing and ability of information searching.The related factors were deficiency of necessary equipments and insufficiency of nursing staff,which need the support of administration department.Conclusion The nurses should enhance the study of the basic knowledge and methods of evidence-based nursing,train the consciousness of evidence-based nursing and learn how to search and utilize useful information.At the same time,hospital should provide necessary equipments and take corresponding management measures.
