新生儿上消化道出血的几种药物治疗的疗效比较

目的:比较不同药物胃内注入治疗新生儿上消化道出血的疗效。方法:108例新生儿上消化道出血患儿,随机分为3组,分别给予云南白药、凝血酶、奥美拉唑加思密达胃内注入进行治疗。结果:云南白药、凝血酶、奥美拉唑加思密达总有效率分别为86.7%、94.4%、95.2%,各组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),但凝血酶组和奥美拉唑加思密达组的显效率分别为66.7%、76.2%,均显著高于云南白药组(P<0.01)。结论:云南白药、凝血酶、奥美拉唑加思密达胃内注入均是治疗新生儿上消化道出血的安全有效方法,故临床上可根据具体情况选择不同方法进行治疗。

The curative effect compare of several medications for neonate's upper alimentary tract bleeding

Objective: To compare curative effect of different medications that were injected into the stomach to cure neonate's upper alimentary tract bleeding. Methods: We exercised retroversional researching method, and randomly divided 108 cases into 3 groups treated with injections of Yunnan White Drug Powder, Thromboplastin, and Losec and Smeta respectively to cure neonate's upper alimentary tract bleeding. Results: The effectiveness ratios of Yunnan White Drug-Powder, Thromboplastin, Losec and Smeta were 86.7%, 94.4% and 95.2% respectively, and the difference between each group had no significance (P > 0.05), but the patency effectiveness ratios of Thromboplastin group, Losec and Smeta group were 66.7% and 76.2% respectively. The patency effectiveness ratios of Thromboplastin group, Losec and Smeta group were higher than Yunnan White Drug Powder group significantly (P < 0.01). Conclusions: Yunnan White Drug Powder, Thromboplastin, and Losec and Smeta are safe and effective methods for curing neonate's upper alimentary tract bleeding. It is necessary to choose different method according to different situation in the clinic.
