痰湿型体质胸部X线图像表现的相关分析

摘    要:目的:分析痰湿型体质者胸部X线的表现。方法:选取55例痰湿型体质者为痰湿组,55例非痰湿型体质者为非痰湿组,对2组常规后前位、左侧位胸部X线图像的横膈高位比率、胸廓纵径/前后径比值、心影横径/胸廓横径比值及下肺野纹理表现进行比较。结果:痰湿组胸部X线图像显示横膈高位28例,占50.91%,下肺野纹理聚拢者23例,占41.82%,胸廓纵径/前后径比值平均为(1.16±0.12),心影横径/胸廓横径比值平均为(0.52±0.03),分别与非痰湿组比较,差异有显著性意义或非常显著性意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论:痰湿型体质者有具特征性的胸部影像学表现,通过胸部常规X线摄影,可为痰湿型体质的辨识及辨证施治提供客观的影像学依据。

Correlation of Chest X-ray Radiographic Characteristics with Phlegm-Dampness Constitution

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the chest X-ray radiographic characteristics in the volunteers with phlegm-dampness constitution.Methods:Chest X-ray radiography was carried out in 55 cases of phlegm-dampness(PD) constitution(PD group)and 55 cases of non-phlegm-dampness constitution(NPD group).We compared the diaphragm superior position proportion,ratio of longitudinal thoracic diameter and anteroposterior diameter,ratio of transverse heart shadow diameter and transverse thoracic diameter,and lower field lines in the chest X-ray radiograms at dorsaventral position and left lateral position in the two group.Results:In PD group,superior position of the diaphragm was found in 28 cases(50.91%),lower field lines gathering together in 23(41.82%).The average ratio of longitudinal thoracic diameter and anteroposterior diameter was(1.16±0.12),and the ratio of transverse heart shadow diameter and transverse thoracic diameter was(0.52±0.03) in PD group,the differences being significant as comparing with those in NPD group(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01).Conclusion:Some characteristic manifestations of chest X-ray radiograms are presented in the cases of phlegm-dampness constitution,indicating that routine chest X-ray radiography can supply evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of phlegm-dampness constitution.
