加味补中益气汤配合盆底功能锻炼治疗产后压力性尿失禁32例疗效观察

目的：观察加味补中益气汤配合盆底功能锻炼治疗产后压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法：将62例产后压力性尿失禁的患者随机分为2组，治疗组32例以加味补中益气汤配合盆底功能锻炼治疗；对照组30例单纯以盆底功能锻炼治疗，3月后观察2组临床症状改善情况。结果：2组总有效率比较，差异有非常显著性意义（p〈0．01）。结论：加味补中益气汤配合盆底功能锻炼治疗产后压力性尿失禁有显著疗效。

Clinical Study of the Treatment on 32 Cases Postpartum Stress Incontinence by Combined with Supplemented Middle-Tonifying Qi-Replenishing Decoction and Pelvic Floor Function Training

Objective： To investigate the clincal efficacy of combined treatment of supplemented Middle-Tonifying Qi-Replenishing Decoction and pelvic floor function training in postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Method： 62 patients of postpartum stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into two groups, treament group 32 cases and observed group 30 cases. The treament group was treated combined with supplemented Middle-Tonifying Qi-Replenishing Decoction and pelvic floor function training. And the observed group was treated only by pelvic floor function training. The efficacy are as the following result after 3 months. Result There is a significant difference （P 〈 0.01）by comparing the two groups＇ total rate of efficacy. Conclusion The treament combined with supplemented Middle-Tonifying Qi-Replenishing Decoction and pelvic floor function training is significantly effective in postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
