病毒性心肌炎与心脏神经症心肌变异性比较

目的 探讨病毒性心肌炎与心脏神经症心率变异性（HRV）变化的临床意义。方法 对病毒性心肌炎16例、心脏神经症32例、对照组20例进行心率变异性时域分析。结果 病毒性心肌炎与心脏神经症组及对照组比较，24h正常R—R间期（即N—N间期）的标准差（SDNN）、连续正常R—R间期差值均方的平方根（RMSSD）、差值大于50ms的R—R间期在额定时间内R—R个数中所占的百分比（PNN50）明显增高P〈0．01，心脏神经症组与对照组心率变异性比较P〉0．05。结论 病毒性心肌炎患者迷走神经张力增高，交感神经张力降低；而心脏神经症患者未出现与病毒性心肌炎相似的表现。

Comparison of Heartrate Variability between Cardioneurosis and Viral Myocarditis

Objective To study the difference of HRV between cardioneurosis and viral myocarditis.Methods Heartrate variability was comparatively analyzed among three groups of sixteen cases in viral myocarditis,thirty-two cases incardioneurosis and twenty normal patients.Results SDNNindex,RMSSD,PNN50 in viral myocarditis were significantly higher than those in cardioneurosis group and normal group(P<0.01).There was no difference between cardioneurosis group and normal group.Conclusion The activity of vagus nerve with viral myocarditis is increased,while the activity of sympathetic nerve decreased.The patients with cardioneurosis have no HRV changes similar to those in viral myocarditis.
