中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

目的探讨中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效。方法应用吗丁啉联合疏肝健脾方治疗功能性消化不良40例,并与吗丁啉合多虑平治疗的36例作对照。结果治疗组总有效率92.5%;对照组总有效率72.2%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论中西医结合治疗FD总有效率明显高于西药对照组,是目前治疗FD较好的治疗方法。

Clinical study on the treatment of functional dyspepsia with combined western and traditional Chinese medicine therapy

Objective To validate the clinical effectiveness of western and traditional Chinese therapy on functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods Forty patients with FD taking Motilum and shu-gan-jian-pi method were compared with thirty-six patients with FD taking Motilum and Doxepine.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%,but total effective rate of control group was 72.2%.Total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the test of statistics showed notability significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Total effective rate in traditional and western medicine group significantly higher than those in western medicine,Combined traditional and Western medicine in treating FD is better method at present.
