瘀病证治浅谈

瘀病可因部位差别、量的多少、时间新久而产生诸如疼痛、肿、积聚、出血、发热、口渴、咳喘、心悸怔忡等不同的症状和体征。瘀血致病具有阻滞气机、瘀阻心脉、影响新血形成、生风、生热等特点。单纯瘀血所致病证,治以活血化瘀即可;除血瘀外,兼有其他致病因素或病理变化,以及虚实夹杂,兼见气血阴阳亏虚者,则需适当配伍其他药物,如活血养血、补气益气之品。

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Blood Stasis Disease

The blood stasis disease may produce symptoms and signs such as pain,swelling,and accumulation,bleeding,fever,thirst,cough and palpitation due to different parts,quantity,time.It has the effect of blocking qi,obstructing heart vessels,affecting the blood formation,producing the wind and heat,etc.Diseases caused only by blood stasis may be treated by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Diseases caused by other pathogenic factors or pathological changes,as well as complex sthenia and asthenia,deficiency of yin-yang,qi and blood need to be treated by the compatibility of other drugs with the function of activating blood and nourishing qi.
