《伤寒论》蓄血证辨治探析

《伤寒论》中所述蓄血证或发于太阳病阶段,或发于阳明病阶段,均因外邪化热入里,与血互结而成.临证时可将蓄血证分为太阳蓄血轻证、太阳蓄血重证和阳明蓄血证.太阳蓄血轻证者,治疗当先解表,表邪外散后再用桃核承气汤活血化瘀,通下瘀热;太阳蓄血重证者,当先治里,用抵当汤破血逐瘀,通下瘀热;阳明蓄血证的治疗应以祛邪为主,方用抵当汤破血逐瘀.

Differentiation and Treatment of Blood Stasis Syndrome in Treatise on Cold and Febrile Diseases

The syndrome of blood stasis discussed in Treatise on Cold and Febrile Diseases may arise from the stage of Taiyang disease or the stage of Yangming disease,which derive from the transformation of exopathogen into heat.The syndrome of blood stasis can be divided into the slight and the heavy syndrome of blood stasis,and Yangming syndrome of blood stasis.In the treatment of the slight syndrome of blood stasis,the exterior should be dispersed,and then Hetao Chengqi Decoction be used to promote the blood circulation to remove blood stasis.In the treatment of the heavy syndrome of blood stasis,Didang Decoction shoule be used to remove the blood stasis and the heat so as to treat the interior.In the treatment of Yangming syndrome of blood stasis,Didang Decoction for removing blood stasis should be used to dispel the pathogens.
