水红花子对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨水红花子对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:实验组小鼠采用水红花子水煎剂,0.5ml/d,连续灌胃1周,对照组小鼠采用同剂量的生理盐水,连续灌胃1周。测定小鼠淋巴细胞转化率、T淋巴细胞数量、抗体IgM分泌量、单核-巨噬细胞的吞噬活性以及迟发型变态反应(DTH)强度。结果:实验组小鼠脾淋巴细胞的转化率、T淋巴细胞的数量、抗体生成细胞分泌抗体IgM量、单核-巨噬细胞的吞噬活性以及耳朵的肿胀度均明显低于对照组,且差异显著(P〈0.01)。结论:水红花子可明显降低小鼠的细胞和体液免疫功能及单核-巨噬细胞的吞噬活性。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into efffect of polygonum orientalis on the immune function of mice.Methods:The experimental group were given gastric perfusion of polygonum orientale decoction,0.5 ml/d,continuously for one week,while the control group with the same dose of saline,continuously for 1 week.Determined the lymphocyte transformation rate,number of T lymphocytes,antibody IgM secretion,phagocytic activity of monocyte-macrophage and hypersensitivity(DTH) intensity of the delayed type.Results:The lymphocyte transformation rate,number of T lymphocytes,antibody IgM secretion,phagocytic activity of monocyte-macrophage,hypersensitivity(DTH) intensity and the ear swelling of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P 〈0.01).Conclusion:Polygonum orientale can significantly reduce cellular and humoral immunity and phagocytic activity of monocyte-macrophage.
