胃窦部幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌发生的相关关系

目的：观察胃窦部幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌发生的相关关系。方法：应用ＰＣＲ技术对２８ 例胃癌患者的癌组织、癌旁组织、２８ 例慢性胃炎胃窦粘膜及２０ 名正常对照胃粘膜组织中的幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）进行了检测，同时应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）测定了上述患者及正常对照粘膜组织中的ＩＬ－ １、ＩＬ－ ８ 及ＴＮＦα活性。结果：慢性胃炎粘膜与胃癌癌旁粘膜组织ＨＰ的阳性率明显高于对照组，而胃癌组织中的ＨＰ检出率明显低于胃癌癌旁粘膜与胃炎粘膜组织（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；胃癌患者癌灶粘膜组织ＩＬ－ １、ＩＬ－ ８ 活性降低，尤以ＩＬ－ １ 更为明显，ＴＮＦα明显升高，与对照组相比差异显著（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：ＨＰ感染局部粘膜组织细胞因子变化在胃癌发生中起一定作用

Study on the relationship between cellular factor changes in local mucosal tissues by helicobacter pylori infection and gastric carcinoma

Objective:To observe the relationship between cellular factor changes in local mucosal tissues by helicobacter pylori infection and gastric carcinoma.Methods:Helicobacter pylori and interleukin 1,interleukin 8 and tumor necrosis factor alpha in cancerous and paracancerous mucosal tissues of the 28 patients with gastric carcinoma,gastric antral mucosal tissues of the 28 patients with chronic gastritis and 20 normal gastric mucosa of control group were detected by PCR and ELISA methods.Results:Positive rates of HP infection were 21.4%,78.6%,82.1%,and 20.0% respectively and the levels of cellular factor were 340.57±45 67 ng/g,278 52±64 69 ng/g and 561 67±111 51 ng/g respectively.The HP positive rates in gastris mucosa of patients with chronic gastritis and in paracancerous mucosa of gastric cancer patients were higher than those of control group ( P <0 01) HP positive rate of gastric cancerous mucosa was lower than that of paracancerous and gastric mucosa ( P <0 01).The activities of IL-1 and IL-8 were lower and TNF was higher than that of control group ( P <0 01).Conclusion:There was the relationship between cellular factor changes in local mucosal tissues by HP infection and gastric carcinoma.
