骨生康胶囊对家兔实验性骨折模型的治疗作用

摘    要:目的研究骨生康胶囊对骨折的治疗作用,并对其治疗的机理作初步探讨。方法在家兔桡骨中上段1/3交界处造成其骨折,术后次日灌胃给予骨生康胶囊,分别于给药后14,28d,测定骨折处骨矿物密度,并作组织病理学检查,同时测定血小板、血浆黏度。结果给药14d后,骨生康胶囊高、低剂量组的骨密度增加,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);给药28d后,骨生康胶囊高、中剂量组的骨密度增加,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);28d的骨密度比14d增加。病理组织学检查显示,损伤后骨组织于14,28d给药组的组织学形态都有所增生修复。给药14,28d后可降低血小板聚集率,28d时还可以降低血液黏度。结论骨生康胶囊可以加快骨矿沉积速率,提高骨密度,改善血液流变学,促进家兔骨损伤的修复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Gushengkang Capsule (GC) on the catagmatic rabbits. Methods Rabbits models with fracture middle-superior segment of the radius were established and then were given GC. The bone mineral density (BMD) and biochemical indicators including serum alkaline phosphatase and Ca2 14 and 28 days after treatment were examined. At same time the parameters of histology and hemorheology in the fractured radius were also observed. Results The bone mineral density of high-and low-dosage GC group increased significantly after 14-day treatment in the catagmatic rabbits (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05 as compared with the model group);after 28-day treatment,BMD increased in high-and middle-dosage GC groups (P < 0.05). The changes of histology and hemorheology in GC groups were improved after 14-and 28-day treatment. Platelet aggregation rate was decreased in GC groups after 14-and 28-day treatment,and blood viscosity decreased after 28-day treatment. Conclusion GC can improve and accelerate fracture healing in the catagmatic rabbits by increasing BMD and improving blood rheology.
