从“筋”论治颈源性头痛探析

颈源性头痛的发病机制在于＂筋损致病＂,即颈部经筋急性损伤或慢性劳损后所产生的＂炎症＂刺激引起头痛.治疗上应根据＂顺筋取穴＂＂筋穴治痛＂的原则,以经筋起止点、压痛点、压痛缓解点、筋结点为主穴,施以震颤松解手法和温针灸法,以达筋松脉通、通则不痛之效.

Study on Treatment of Cervicogenic Headache Based on "Sinews"

Cervicogenic headache, which is caused by "sinew injury", is a condition resulting from the stimulation of "inflammation" following acute injury or chronic strain of meridian sinews of the neck. In treating cervicogenic headache, the principles of "selecting acupoints along sinews" and "relieving pain at the acupoints along sinews" should be followed; with the starting and ending points, tenderness points, tenderness remission points, and sinew nodal points of meridian sinews as main acupoints, vibration loosening and warming acupuncture-moxibustion are performed to eliminate sinew strain and channel blockage and stop pain.
