心复力冲剂对大鼠实验性心肌损伤的影响

摘    要:
目的观察心复力冲剂对大鼠实验性亚急性心肌细胞损伤、坏死的保护作用。方法 35只大鼠随机分为5组,每组6~8只。正常对照组与模型组喂饲生理盐水10ml/kg,各给药组分别灌胃心复力冲剂(5g/kg、10g/kg)和普萘洛尔(4mg/kg),每天1次,连续8天。除正常对照组外,各组于第5天给药后以异丙肾上腺素20mg/kg,皮下注射,连续4天,致大鼠心肌损伤、坏死。于实验第9天处死动物,取心脏,计算心脏系数。光镜下观察心肌细胞的坏死程度及炎性细胞浸润情况。结果经心复力冲剂防治后,大鼠心肌损伤程度明显减轻,病灶范围减少,以修复反应为主。结论心复力冲剂对实验性心肌损伤大鼠有明显的心肌保护和预防作用。

Abstract:
To evaluate the protective effect of Xinfuli Granule(XFLG)on myocardial cells in rats with myocardial injury and necrosis.Methods Rat model of myocardial injury and necrosis was prepared by subcutaneously injecting isoproterenol (20 mg/kg).The rats were randomly divided into five groups.The normal group and the model group were treated by normal saline of 10 ml/kg,the large and small dosages XFLG group were medicated with XFLG 10 g/kg and 5 g/kg respectively,and the propranolol group was treated by propranolol(4 mg/kg),once a day for successive 8 days.Animals were sacrificed on the 9th day,then the heart was taken out and the cardiac index calculated,The pathological changes in myocardial cells of the rats were observed under electron microscopy.Results The changes of myocardial cells in XFLG group were obviously alleviated compared with those in the model group,and restoration reaction was the main manifestation.Conclusion XFLG was proved to have certain effect in preventing and protecting myocardial cells in rats with myocardial injury and necrosis.
