27E10阳性巨噬细胞与大肠癌预后的关系

目的　探讨大肠癌组织中27E10阳性巨噬细胞(Mφ)浸润程度与大肠癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法　采用免疫组化SP法对60例大肠癌患者癌组织中的27E10阳性Mφ进行检测,并分析其与大肠癌的组织学类型、癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及患者生存率之间的关系。结果　27E10阳性Mφ高计数组的癌浸润深度、淋巴结及远处转移发生率均低于低计数组(P均<0.05)。27E10阳性Mφ高计数组的5年生存率为62.1％,明显高于低计数组的35.5％(P<0.05)。结论 癌组织中27E10阳性Mφ浸润的数量与大肠癌的生物学行为有关,对大肠癌患者的预后评估有较大参考价值。

Relationship between 27E10-positive macrophage and prognosis in colorectal cancer

Objective To investigate the relationship between the 27E10-positive macrophage count and clinical outcome or prognosis in colorectal cancer. Methods The 27E10-positive macrophage count was determined by immunohistochemically in 60 patients with colorectal cancer. The relationship between 27E10- positive macrophage and sex,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis rate,distant metastasis rate,and survival rate were investigated. Results The patients with a low level of 27E10-positive macrophage infiltration had a significantly deeper depth of invasion than patients with a high level of 27E10-positive macrophage infiltration (P <0. 01). The percentage of patients with a high level of 27E10-positive macrophage infiltration was significantly higher than those with a low level of 27E10-positive macrophage in lymph node metastasis-negative cases (P< 0.05) and in distant metastasis-negative cases (P< 0. 05) . 5-year survival rate was significantly shorter for patients with a low level of 27E10-positive macrophage infiltration(35. 5%)than those with a high level of 27E10-positive macrophage infiltration (62. 1 % , P < 0. 05) . Conclusion There appears to be a direct relationship between 27E10-positive macrophages and colorectal cancer biology,and 27E10-positive macrophages in colorectal cancer tissues is value to predict the prognosis.
