| 摘 要： | B1细胞是一种表型和功能上都有别于传统意义上B细胞（B2细胞）的独特的B细胞群。它分泌多种类型的自身抗体，主要参与固有免疫反应。长期以来，B1细胞与B2细胞的来源一直具有争议，最近，B1细胞前体和B2细胞前体已经在小鼠体内得到分离，B1细胞发育分化的调节机制也随之建立起来。目前B细胞的分类已经明确：根据来源的不同将B细胞分为非骨髓来源的B1细胞和骨髓来源的B2细胞。其中，表达CD5的B1细胞由于其与自身免疫病、恶性肿瘤的关系受到了广泛关注，因而其相关作用机制也越来越受到学者们的重视。

| Abstract: | B1 cell,a unique subset of B cell,is different from traditional B cell(B2 cell).B-1 B cells have been considered to be part of the innate immune system.whereas B-2 B cells function primarily in adaptive immune responses.It has been a controversial issue about the origin of B-1 and B-2 B cells.Rencently,experimental data from murine studies support the hypothesis that B-1 B cells belong to a developmental lineage distinct from B-2 B cells.It is clear B cell can be divided into two subsets:Blcell and B2 cell.CD5+B1 cell is related to autoimmune diseases and tumor.This review draws attention to the recent advance on the study of B-1 subset in terms of cell development,function,and the relationship with diseases. |
