银杏叶提取物抗大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的实验研究

目的探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤(IMR)方面的预防和保护作用。方法MaleWistar大鼠30只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、GBE预处理组(GBE组),每组10只。检测各组血小板活化因子(PAF)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果与假手术组比较,模型组血中PAF、TXB2和MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),SOD含量显著降低(P<0.01);GBE组血中TXB2含量升高(P<0.05),但PAF、SOD和MDA含量变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);与模型组比较,GBE组血中PAF、TXB2和MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01),SOD含量显著升高(P<0.01)。结论GBE对IMR有一定的防治和保护作用。

Experimental Study of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extracts Capsules Against Injury Caused by Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion in Rats

Objective To study the protective effect of ginkgo biloba leaves extracts capsules(GBE)against injury caused by myocardial ischemia reperfusion in Rats. Methods Thirty Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Sham-operated group(n=10), model group(n=10) and GBE protective group(GBE group)(n=10). sham-operated group were sham-operated; model group were injury by myocardial ischemia reperfusion through ligating coronary artery.GBE group were treated by GBE for 2 weeks, then treated as model group. The changes of platelet-activating factor(PAF), the activation of Thromboxane B_2(TXB_2),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were observed. Results Compared with the sham-operated group,the levels of PAF, TXB_2 and MDA were increased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the activation of SOD was decreased remarkably in the model group. the levels of TXB_2 was increased (P<0.05). The levels of PAF, MDA and the activation of SOD had no significant difference(P>0.05) in the GBE group. compared with the model group, the levels of PAF, TXB_2 and MDA were decreased significantly (P<0.05),and the activation of SOD was increased remarkably in the GBE group.Conclusion The results indicated that GBE had protective effect for injury caused by myocardial ischemia reperfusion in rats.
