睫毛再造325例报告

目的探索睫毛再造的技术及其效果。方法对325例无睫毛和睫毛稀少的患者,应用自体头发毛胚移植于睑缘睫毛区,从而完成睫毛再造。结果移植的睫毛均生长良好,但因个人的发丝软硬不同、粗细不同,睫毛的自然程度也不同,且需要适时进行定型和剪修。结论应用毛发移植再造睫毛是一种行之有效的方法,适用于无睫、少睫及眼睑瘢痕等患者。但应注意:①按患者自身特点及需要进行睫毛形状及密度的设计;②种植毛发时应注意毛干的方向与正常睫毛一致,避免倒睫等再造睫毛的错乱。

Pounch Scalp Grafts for Eyelash Reconstruction: an analysis of 325 cases

Objective To evaluate the effect of pounch scalp grafts for eyelash reconstruction.Methods Pounch scalp grafts bearing hair follicles were transplanted to palpebral margin in 325 patients without eyelash or with few eyelash.Results The reconstructed eyelashes in all cases grew well,but needed a regular trim.The naturalness of the reconstructed eyelashes depended upon the hair hardness and thickness.Conclusion Pounch scalp grafts is an effective method for patients without eyelash,or with few eyelashes and eyelid scar.Attention must be payed on two aspects.First,the shape and density of eyelashes should be designed according to the patients' conditions.Second,the transplanted hair should be in the direction of normal eyelashes.
