南通市696例放射工作人员健康状况

目的了解南通市2010年696名放射工作人员健康状况,为该市放射防护管理工作提供依据。方法按照卫生部《放射工作人员健康管理规定》中的要求和方法对696名放射工作人员进行职业健康检查。结果眼晶体异常检出率为14.01%;血常规异常中,白细胞减少检出率为2.59%,红细胞减少检出率为0.29%,血红蛋白减少检出率为1.30%,血小板减少检出率为0.14%;外周血淋巴细胞微核率和染色体畸变率分析结果:淋巴细胞微核率均≤5‰,双着丝粒染色体(Dic)的自发畸变率>0.05%的1人,易位(t)的自发畸变率>0.05%的2人,经复查均在正常范围内;B超检查阳性率53.0%,心电图异常结果检出率为13.78%。结论南通市放射设施的整体防护水平较好,放射人员长期接触射线其血常规、外周血淋巴细胞微核和染色体受到的损伤较轻微,但是放射工作人员总体健康状况较差,应加强放射人员的健康保护意识。

Health Status of 696 Radiation Workers in Nantong City
