| 摘 要： | 目的监测北京市西城区感染性腹泻发病情况,分析主要病原菌种类变化及耐药趋势,为感染性腹泻的流行病学研究及临床合理用药提供依据。方法参照中华人民共和国卫生行业标准WS 287-2008、WS 271-2007、WS 289-2008进行病原菌分离、鉴定。参照美国临床和实验室标准协会(Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute,CLSI)推荐的Kirby-Bauer法进行药物敏感性试验。结果监测结果显示,8—10月份为腹泻病高发期,308份标本中,检出病原菌39株,检出阳性率为12.66%。以弧菌属为优势菌群,其次为沙门菌和志贺菌,志贺菌以宋内血清型为主。药敏试验结果显示,各菌属对抗生素的敏感性有明显差异,病原菌对青霉素类抗生素耐药较普遍,但对头孢类和喹诺酮类抗生素较敏感。结论该区引起感染性腹泻的病原菌种类较多,并且有年龄、季节的分布特点,有些流行菌型也出现明显变化,应加强日常监测,并根据病原菌的菌型变化和耐药性监测结果合理使用抗生素药物。 |
