| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预措施对中老年高血压患者治疗效果的影响。方法将参加研究的228例高血压患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组按医嘱门诊系统口服用药,无其他用药方式;干预组除坚持门诊系统用药外,同时进行全面的护理干预。每周1次对2组患者进行血压检测,2年后总结治疗效果。结果干预组与对照组高血压治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（χ2=19.039,P〈0.01）。干预组心脑肾并发症的发生比对照组少（P〈0.01）;2组致残率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预使高血压患者对高血压有了正确的认识,增强了健康意识,并能逐渐建立健康行为,改变不良的生活方式,提高了服药的依从性,明显改善了高血压的治疗效果及预后。
