| 摘 要： | 目的了解上海市宝山区非生产性农药中毒情况,以拟定有效的管理措施,控制与降低农药中毒的发生。方法收集2001—2010年宝山区农药中毒报告卡,用Excel进行统计分析。结果农药中毒病例494例,其中非生产性农药中毒共404例,死亡57例,病死率为14.11%。引起非生产性中毒的主要农药为杀虫剂中的有机磷类,其中又以敌敌畏中毒最多,中毒高峰期发生在7—9月。结论应加强农药监督管理工作,大力宣传和培训农药安全使用知识,同时应高度重视非生产性的农药中毒,提高农民思想素质,加强农药中毒的抢救措施,以减少死亡率,保护农村生产劳动力。 |
