| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳市福田区中小学学生意外伤害发生情况及分布特征,为预防控制伤害提供科学依据。方法对2009—2010年深圳市福田区3所监测点医院首诊中小学生伤害病例进行分析。结果 2009—2010合共报告中小学伤害病例398例,其中男性占71.11%,女性占28.89%。伤害原因以跌倒（坠落）（53.02%）和刀（锐器）（18.59%）最常见。1年中伤害发生时间以3—5月较高,1天中以17：00较高。伤害部位以上肢较多,伤害动机以非故意为主（91.46%）,但也存在自残、自杀现象。结论学校应有针对性地开展学生安全教育,减少意外伤害的发生,促进学生健康。 |
