| 摘 要： | 目的了解高密市恶性肿瘤死亡分布及对死亡的影响,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法对高密市2008—2009年因恶性肿瘤死亡者的家属进行调查。结果高密市恶性肿瘤死亡率为154.64/10万,其中气管及支气管和肺恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤、肝和肝内胆管恶性肿瘤、食道恶性肿瘤、白血病的死亡率居前5位,75岁以上年龄组的死亡率最高,对期望寿命影响前3位的是气管及支气管和肺恶性肿瘤、肝和肝内胆管恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤。结论恶性肿瘤已经成为危害生命健康的主要因素,各种恶性肿瘤的死亡率在性别、年龄中的分布不同,对期望寿命的影响也各不相同。
