| 摘 要： | 目的探讨呼吸康复训练对尘肺患者心理状况及生存质量的影响。方法对46例住院患者在药物治疗的基础上进行呼吸康复训练,用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和WHO生存质量评定量表（WHOQOL-100）在训练前后评分,同时测定肺功能和血氧饱和度。结果训练后SCL-90中躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑因子平均分显著低于训练前,平均阳性项目数减少。WHOQOL-100中生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域及总的生存质量与状况和自我评分提高。肺功能和血氧饱和度改善。结论呼吸康复训练能改善尘肺患者心理状况,提高生存质量。
