| 摘 要： | 目的了解白银市工业区域人群口腔健康状况及恒牙氟牙症流行状况,分析流行因素,探讨防治对策,为白银市口腔卫生保健工作提供信息支持。方法采用多阶段、分层、等容量、随机抽样的方法,抽取白银市工业区域城乡12岁常住人口480人,男女各半。按照《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》中临床氟牙症的检查方法和标准,检查全口恒牙牙冠氟牙症情况。数据采用SAS软件统计,患病率比较采用χ2检验。结果 12岁人群氟牙症患病率为31.88%,氟牙症指数为0.3,氟牙症处于流行边缘。尿和水的中氟含量均在正常范围。结论白银市工业区域氟牙症患病率和氟牙症指数均高于全国水平,处于流行边缘,推测与工业区域空气氟污染和环境氟污染有关。
