| 摘 要： | 肩手综合征（Shoulder-Hand syndrom,SHS）,又称为反射性交感神经营养不良综合征（Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy,RSD）[1]。急性脑卒中SHS发病率为12.5%～27%,常在脑卒中1～3个月后发生,但最早也有在发病后3 d发生,发病晚者可在发病后6个月后才出现。 |
