静脉麻醉在家庭化人工流产中的应用

为探讨静脉麻醉在家庭化人工流产手术中应用的效果，随机抽取门诊手术室实施静脉麻醉的家庭化人工流产病人50例作为观察组，同时随机抽取传统人工流产病人56例作为对照组，比较两组痛觉、手术时间、人工流产综合征发生率、出血量。结果：观察组镇痛率高达100%，手术时间明显短于对照组，且无一例人工流产综合征发生，而对照组有8例发生人工流产综合征。两组相比，有统计学意义。实施静脉麻醉及家庭化人工流产术，可有效地缓解疼痛及人工流产综合征的发生，适合于门诊实施人工流产术。

Applying of Family Intravenous Anesthesia in the Course of Induced Abortion

To probe into the effect of clinical application of family intravenous anesthesia, 50 cases were selected from out-patient operation room randomly as a test group,and they received family intravenous abortion procedure. And another 56 patients received abortion procedure in traditional way as control group. Indexes including pain sense, duration of surgery, the incidence of induced abortion syndrome, and amount of bleeding were compared between the two groups. Results showed that in test group, analgesia rate of the patients was 100%. The duration of surgery in test group was overtly shorter than that in control group. And there was no induced abortion syndrome happened in test group whereas in control group, 8 cases had this problem. Comparing this two groups, there was significant statistical difference between them, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the amount of bleeding. It concludes that by applying family intravenous anesthesia,patients may receive the induced abortion in outpatient clinic.It can both relieve pain and avoid induced abortion syndrome from happening.
