介入科的规范化护理管理模式效果分析

目的分析介入科的规范化护理管理模式效果。方法以2017年7月—2018年12月该院介入科收治且已确诊的132例患者为对象展开有效研究,随机分为两组,对照组(n=66)与观察组(n=66),并予以对照组一般护理措施,观察组在一般护理措施的基础上采取规范化护理管理模式,比较两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率、依从性。结果观察组护理满意度大于对照组,并发症发生率小于对照组,依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范化护理管理模式可提升护理满意度、降低并发症发生率,使护患之间形成良好依从性。

Effect Analysis of Standardized Nursing Management Mode in Intervention Department

Objective To analyze the effect of standardized nursing management model in intervention department.Methods An effective study was conducted on 132 confirmed patients admitted to the interventional department of the hospital from July 2017 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=66)and the observation group(n=66).The control group was given general nursing measures,and the observation group adopted a standardized nursing management model based on the general nursing measures.The two groups of patients were compared in terms of nursing satisfaction,complication rate,and compliance.Results The satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was less than that of the control group.and the compliance was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing management mode can improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and form good compliance between nurses and patients.
