| Abstract: | This article uses A hospital as a case study.Through questionnaire surveys,the personnel structure and working status,the status and role of business-finance integration of the financial Party branch are understood,the necessity of financial staff transformation was explored,and public hospitals use party construction to promote business is proposed.Countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of finance party branch are used to promote the transformation of financial staff. |
