微量泵硬膜外阻滞麻醉用于分娩镇痛的效果观察

目的：探讨微量泵硬膜外阻滞麻醉在分娩中的镇痛效果及对产程、母婴状况的影响。方法：采用微量泵硬膜外阻滞麻醉用于分娩镇痛186例作为镇痛组，将未采用任何镇痛药物186例作为对照组，比较两组的产痛程度、产程时间、分娩方式、产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息及新生儿神经适应能力评分等。结果：两组产痛、产程时间，差异有非常显著意义（P＜0．01）；胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息及产生出血率，出生后新生儿神经适应能力评分（NACS）差异无显著意义（P＞0．05）。结论：微量泵硬膜外阻滞麻醉用于分娩镇痛能使疼痛阻滞完善，产程短，降低剖宫产及阴道难产率，对母婴均无不良影响，是一种理想的分娩方法。

The effects of subarachnoid epidural analgesia on analgesic birth

Objective To investigate the pain relief effects of subarachnoid epidural analgesia and its influences on the labor course and both mothers and infants.Methods 186 pregnant women were administered subarachnoid epidural analgesia during labor(study group).186 pregnant women were not administered labor analgesia(control group).The labor course,the degree of pain,mode of delivery,incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia and assessment of newborn baby's nerve suits ability were observed in the two groups,respectively.Results The difference was significant in the labor pain,labor course between the study group and the control group(P<0.01) and no significant difference was found in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia and newbron baby's nerve suits ability(P>0.05).Conclusion The analgesic dilivery of subarachnoid epidural analgesia is safe and effective,which shows no influences on the mothers and infants.It can shorten the course and decrease the rate of cesarean section and vaginal dytocia,which is effective and worthy of popularizing in obstetrics.
