脑电图对病毒性脑炎的诊断价值分析

目的探讨脑电图对病毒性脑炎的诊断价值。方法选取2009年4月～2011年6月入住我院并接受治疗的病毒性脑炎患者76例,其中男41例,女35例,所有患者均采取常规检测以及动态脑电图检测方案进行病毒性脑炎的诊断。结果应用常规检查方案,76例患者中共检查出异常患者70例,占总患者数的92.1%,其中16例脑脊液异常,11例白细胞数目偏高,25例氯化物含量偏低,9例脑脊液压力偏高,15例MR检查异常。常规检查漏诊6例,占总患者数的7.9%。单独应用动态脑电图检测方案,76例患者中共检查出异常患者75例,占总患者数的98.7%,漏诊1例,占总患者数的1.3%。所有患者均按照病毒性脑炎治疗方案进行治疗,治疗后30 d有65例患者的脑电图、MR、头颅CT表现正常,其余11例患者均明显好转。结论脑电图对病毒性脑炎的诊断相对于传统方法准确率高、节省诊断时间、方便快捷、操作简单,值得推广应用。

EEG for the diagnosis of viral encephalitis analysis

Objective To investigate the EEG diagnosis of viral encephalitis.Methods From April 2009 to June 2011,and hospital stay for treatment of viral encephalitis in patients with 76 cases,41 cases were male patients,female 35 patients,all patients were taking conventional testing and ambulatory EEG testing program for the diagnosis of viral encephalitis.Results Routine inspection program,76 patients with abnormal CPC examination 70 patients,92.1% of the total number of patients,including 16 cases of cerebrospinal fluid abnormalities,11 cases of high number of white blood cells,25 cases of low chloride content,9 cases of cerebrospinal fluid high pressure,15 patients with MR abnormalities.Routine examination missed in 6 cases,7.9% of the total number of patients.Ambulatory EEG testing program alone,76 patients were abnormal CPC check out the 75 patients,98.7% of the total number of patients,missed 1 case,1.3% of the total number of patients.All patients were under treatment for viral encephalitis treatment,after treatment,30 d,65 patients with EEG,MR,head CT was normal,and the remaining 11 patients were significantly improved.Conclusion EEG for the diagnosis of viral encephalitis with high accuracy compared to traditional methods,saving diagnostic time,convenient,simple operation,should be widely applied.
