| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨B型超声引导下细针穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的疗效。方法：1996-2001年在B超引导下采用无水乙醇行细针穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿97例。结果：术后3个月随访，97例肾囊肿患者中有效91例，有效率为93.81%。结论：在超声引导下对肾囊肿行细针穿刺硬化治疗方法简单易行，并发症少，疗效确切，是肾囊肿最佳治疗方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: TO evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of sclerotherapy in percutaneous transrenal cyst under the guiding of B Ultrasound. Methods:Dehydrated alcohol were injected into 97 patients' renal cysts with fine needle under ultrasonic guiding from 1996 to 2001.Results:The effective rate of the therapy was 93.8% after 3 months of following up survey.Conclusions:This method to treat renal cysts is proved to be simple, effective,precise,and less side effects.It is an optimal therapies for renal cyst. |
