嵌体冠在磨牙缺失伴基牙短冠修复中的临床疗效观察

目的评价嵌体冠在第一磨牙缺失伴基牙短冠或缺损修复中的临床效果。方法选择2009年12月~2012年12月于我院口腔修复门诊就诊的48例56颗第一磨牙缺失伴基牙短冠或缺损患者,设计嵌体冠固位体,金合金固定桥修复,修复后追踪观察1~3年,评价临床效果。结果 55颗修复体固位良好,固位体边缘密合,无松动;1颗在使用中出现松动,成功率为98.21%(P<0.05)。结论嵌体冠固位体适应于磨牙缺失伴基牙短冠或缺损修复患者,临床效果良好。

Clinical efficacy observation of inlay crown on restoring the missing molars accompanying abutment teeth with short clinical crowns

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the inlay crown on restoring the first missing molars accompanying abutment teeth with short clinical crown or large area defects. Method Among the outpatients in department of prosthodontics of our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012, 48 cases of 56 first molars loss accompanying abutment teeth with short clinical crown or defect were chosen and repaired by the high-noble metal inlay supported fixed bridge. 1 to 3 years follow-up data were collected to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Result 55 restorations have good retention. The margin of the restorations was closely adapted to the tooth and the tooth was stable. Only one tooth feel loose in use. The clinical success rate was 98.21%(P<0.05). Conclusion Inlay crown can be applied to restore the missing molars accompanying abutment teeth with short clinical crown or defects, and such technique has a good clinical effect.
