医护合作守则在建立和谐医护患关系中的作用

目的探讨医护合作守则在建立和谐医护患关系中的作用效果。方法制订和实施医护合作守则,内容包括手续办理、用药、知情同意、检查安排、健康宣教落实、病区环境以及服务质量等方面。实施医护合作守则后了解病人对以上内容的满意度。结果医护合作守则实施后,病人对出入院手续办理、用药及时、知情同意、检查安排、健康宣教、病区环境以及服务态度等方面的满意度为96.4%以上。结论医护合作守则的制订和实施对建立和谐医护患关系具有较大的促进作用。

Effect of doctor-nurse collaboration principles on relationships between nurses and physicians

Objective To evaluate the effect of doctor-nurse collaboration principles on the relationship between nurses and physicians.Methods The doctor-nurse collaboration principles were formulated,including procedure settlements,drug therapy,informed consent,examination arrangements,health education,ward environment and the quality of service.The patient＇s degree of satisfaction after enforcement of the principles was investigated.Result After the enforcement,the degree of satisfaction was more than 96.4%in the items of procedure settlements,drug therapy,informed consent,examination arrangements,health education,ward environment and the quality of service.Conclusions The formulation and enforcement of the doctor-nurse collaboration principles may have a greater role in promoting the harmonious relationship between nurses and doctors.
